Aleksandra Jerina

Aleksandra Jerina has a diverse work experience in human resources and project management. Aleksandra currently works at IBM as an Executive Researcher EMEA. Prior to this, they worked at GenePlanet as a Human Resources Specialist, where they were responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting and staffing, conducting interviews and selection, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. Before that, they worked at Interblock Gaming as an HR Specialist. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resources Project Manager and Operations Manager at Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger, and as a Business Assistant at AstraZeneca.

From 2008 to 2012, Aleksandra Jerina attended the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Sociology with a focus on Human Resources Management.
