Rashid Campbell

Rashid Campbell is an experienced Career Coach with a strong background in empowering job seekers, having successfully assisted over 250 individuals in finding meaningful employment. Currently serving as a Career Coach and Senior Program Manager at gener8tor since May 2023, Rashid has held various roles in leading career development initiatives at Pathrise and General Assembly, where contributions also included a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With early career roles as Director of Debate and Community Engagement for the Bay Area Urban Debate League, Rashid's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in African-American/Black Studies, Political Science, and Non-Profit Management from the University of Oklahoma. Passionate about social justice and diversity in the tech field, Rashid remains dedicated to fostering inclusive environments for growth and knowledge.
