Ayan Majumdar

Ayan Majumdar is an accomplished HR and Reward professional with extensive experience in global and regional roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Reward Programs & Solutions at The Adecco Group and co-founder of Masala Mug, Ayan focuses on enabling functions and leading reward strategies. Ayan's earlier career included roles at KPMG, Max New York Life Insurance, and Satyam Computer Services, culminating in a strong foundation in human resources management. Ayan's educational background includes a Master's degree from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Automation from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
