Eduardo Peña has extensive experience in admissions management and quality coaching, currently serving as the Admissions Call Center Manager at General Assembly since March 2020, where leadership is provided to the admissions coordinator team. Prior to this, Eduardo worked at Grand Canyon University from October 2016 to February 2020 as a Quality Coach for IT Systems, responsible for coaching staff on troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and assessing performance using quality assurance guidelines. Earlier in 2014, Eduardo was an Account Specialist at the Healthcare Excellence Institute, focusing on data aggregation and client reporting while adhering to HIPAA policies. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Grand Canyon University, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
