Jill Ozovek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning design and development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learner Experience at General Assembly since January 2020, Jill oversees a team responsible for modularizing educational content to enhance delivery efficiency. Jill's previous roles include Principal Content Strategist and Senior Learning Systems Designer at General Assembly, where strategic insights led to improved product development and the implementation of personalized learning paths. As the Founder and Certified Professional Coach at The Career Passport, Jill specializes in career development, focusing on leadership training and employee engagement. Additional experiences include facilitating peer learning for CEOs at Venwise and collaborating within female entrepreneur networks as a founding member of Dreamers // Doers. Jill holds a BA from Villanova University and multiple coaching certifications, including ACC from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
