Alison Bronson

Alison Bronson currently holds the position of Director of Compensation and Analytics at General Atlantic since October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Compensation and Manager of HR Operations and Compensation at Tower Research Capital from November 2017 to October 2024, as well as earlier roles at Mercer as a Consulting Analyst and at Red Fuse Communications as an HR Apprentice. Alison's career began with internships in human resources and a business manager role at Washington Square News during academic studies. Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University, graduating in 2015.
