Mike Paluso

Skyguardian | Protector - Aircraft IPT Lead - Senior Staff Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems

Mike Paluso has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Mike started their career at UTC Aerospace Systems / Goodrich in 2004 as an Associate Engineer. Mike then moved up to become a A350 XWB Nacelle Design Engineer and later a A350 XWB Nacelle Design Engineer Lead. In 2011, they transitioned to UTC Aerospace Systems, where they took on roles such as A350 XWB Nacelle Physical Integration Team Lead and A350 XWB-1000 Nacelle Systems Integration Manager. In 2014, they became a Staff Project Engineer for Aftermarket Technical Services. In 2016, they joined General Atomics Aeronautical Systems as an Airframe Design Engineer. Mike has since held various positions at the company, including Staff Engineer for SkyGuardian and Derivatives - Platform Engineering, and currently holds the position of Aircraft IPT Lead - Senior Staff Engineer for SkyGuardian | PROTECTOR.

Mike Paluso attended Granite Hills from 1995 to 1999, but no degree or field of study was specified for this period. From 1999 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at San Diego State University-California State University. In 2013, Mike earned a Certificate in Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) from the University of California, San Diego.
