Ron Carter

Ron Carter is an experienced program manager with a strong background in finance business systems, logistics, and defense contracting. Since May 2017, Ron has served as Program Manager for Finance Business Systems at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where Ron developed and implemented comprehensive business intelligence systems and management controls to enhance corporate operations and ensure compliance with government regulations. Prior to this role, Ron directed Army Logistics Programs for General Atomics, managing high-value logistics operations and achieving significant performance outcomes. Ron's prior experience at Boeing and BAE Systems includes leading programs valued at millions, fostering innovation in technology demonstrations, and effectively managing budgets and contracts. Ron holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Saint Louis University.
