Suman Dwarakanath

Suman Dwarakanath is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Mission Payloads & Exploitation at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since March 2023, Suman previously held the position of Project Engineering Lead at L3Harris Technologies from February 2022 to March 2023. Before that, Suman spent over a decade at General Atomics in various roles, including Systems Engineering Manager, Deputy Chief Engineer, and Senior Systems Engineer. Suman’s earlier career includes a tenure as Senior Systems Engineer at Raytheon IDS and as an Electrical Engineer at Raytheon’s Santa Barbara Remote Sensing division. Suman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2002.
