Dan Trautmann

Dan Trautmann is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at General Atomics, Dan has previously held prominent positions including Senior Director of Human Resources at Endologix, Inc., and several director roles at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, focusing on global human resources, organization development, talent management, and talent acquisition. Dan Trautmann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Finance from the UW Foster School of Business and has pursued further education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2010 and 2012.
