Manica Noziglia

Vice President Of Washington Operations at General Atomics

Manica Noziglia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legislative affairs and policy, currently serving as Vice President of Washington Operations at General Atomics since June 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Director of Washington Operations. Prior to this role, Manica Noziglia was the Director of Legislative Affairs and Policy at General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems Group from May 2017 to June 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Team Chief for Policy and Special Assistant for Middle East and Africa Policy at the Office of the Secretary of Defense from January 2015 to January 2017, and as Military Legislative Assistant at the Office of Congressman James P. Moran between June 2013 and December 2014. Early roles included various positions in the office of U.S. Senator Mark Warner from January 2009 to June 2013. Manica Noziglia obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from James Madison University and furthered education at the U.S. Naval War College from 2010 to 2013.
