Strategic and experienced professional with 30+ years of proven success in manufacturing, pharmaceutical aviation, technical, medical, transportation, and industrial sectors. Comprehensive background including; quality control, financial review and reporting, job cost analysis, job contract negotiation, contract initial startup, project management, manpower distribution, top-notch customer service, union contracts, and efficiency programs. Proven ability to adapt and succeed in challenging business climates. Excels at building and leading teams to perform and drive for results.

Don obtained his BS degree at Tennessee Technological University.
