Kristen Sanderson

Kristen Sanderson is the Chief Diversity Officer for GE Digital. As CDO, Kristen owns the operational goals and priorities related to inclusion and diversity and provides leadership to achieve those goals in partnership with HR and the rest of the senior leadership team at GE Digital and with the other CDOs across GE.

In her 31 years of experience at GE, Kristen has held many technical and business focused roles across Engineering, Quality and Services. She brings a wealth of global experience and knowledge in the energy transition. Most recently, she has led a global team delivering the software solutions across Asset Management, Transmission and Distribution that are central in our energy transition strategy.

As an engineer, Kristen has been a powerful voice representing GE at many international conferences in support of advancements for women in engineering. She’s an active member of the GE Women’s Network and supports many other Employee Resource Groups.

Kristen currently lives in Melbourne, Florida and B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Auburn University. Outside of work she has a passion for travel and photography.
