Waleed AlKhanfour is currently the Customer Protection Department Manager at the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), overseeing monthly/yearly production reports and enhancing customer journeys. Prior roles at GEA include acting manager and senior customer protection, where Waleed was responsible for analyzing complaints, managing several units, and collaborating with internal departments for process improvement. Waleed also serves as a Senior Specialist at CX Saudi and a Supervisor at Ehtemam Center, managing complaints and training departments. Previous experience includes senior quality control roles at Allianz Saudi Fransi and customer complaints positions at Tawuniya. Waleed holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University and is pursuing an MBA at Dar Al Uloom University.
