Jeffrey Bair

Jeffrey Bair has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jeffrey recently joined General Index in 2021 as the Pricing Director for Americas Refined Products. Prior to that, they worked at Bloomberg from 2019 to 2022, initially as an Energy Markets Reporter and later as a Reporter. Before their time at Bloomberg, they spent six years at S&P Global Platts, where they served as the Editor and Team Leader for the Americas Oil and Gasoline Team, specializing in coverage of US gasoline markets. Jeffrey also gained experience as a Web Producer at Chron.com and as a Sports Copy Editor at the Houston Chronicle. Jeffrey'scareer began at the Associated Press as a Newsman, where they worked for over a decade.

Jeffrey Bair graduated from West Virginia University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. Jeffrey pursued their studies in the field of journalism from 1983 to 1987.
