Customer Success Manager at General Informatics

Mike Graham has worked in the technology field for over 20 years, beginning with a Help Desk Representative role at Plunkett Cooney in 1998. Mike then moved to Logicalis in 2003 as a Help Desk Analyst, where they supported over 450 employees. In 2005, they joined Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC as a Help Desk/Technical Trainer, designing and implementing new employee training programs. In 2007, they returned to Plunkett Cooney as a Help Desk Coordinator, where they served as a liaison between the firm and its outsourced Help Desk. Mike then moved to Underwriters Laboratories in 2012, working as a Systoc Technical Support Analyst. In 2015, they joined PriceAdvantage as a Customer Success Account Manager and Customer Support Technician. In 2021, they became an Account Manager at Logically, and currently holds the role of Customer Success Manager at General Informatics.

Mike Graham has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained between 2003 and 2005. Mike also holds certifications from the Help Desk Institute as a HDI Support Center Analyst, obtained in June 2014, and from SuccessHACKER as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1, obtained in October 2019. Mike also has certifications from Microsoft as a Microsoft Office User Specialist - 2000.
