Karina Marciani

Karina Marciani currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Nature's Fynd since September 2023. Previously, Karina held the position of Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC. from October 2020 to September 2023, and served as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Becton Dickinson from April 2014 to October 2020. Earlier in the career, Karina worked as an Associate at Foley and Lardner, LLP from June 2011 to April 2014, and as a Senior Patent Agent at Martek Biosciences from April 2004 to April 2010. The career began as a Patent Agent at Human Genome Sciences from December 2001 to April 2004. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (2011), a Ph.D. in Medical Physiology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (2001), and a B.S. in Physiology from the University of Arizona (1995).
