Kristin Murphy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at General Mills, where positions held include HR Director for both Finance and Innovation, Technology & Quality, and HR Manager for Global Innovation, Technology, and Quality. Over the years, Kristin has provided HR leadership to numerous organizational functions, supporting over 600 employees in various global capacities. Additionally, Kristin played a vital role as an HR Business Partner in the Supply Chain Manufacturing division, overseeing more than 1,000 employees across multiple departments. Prior to General Mills, Kristin gained valuable experience through graduate assistantship at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and internships with General Mills and the City of Des Plaines. Kristin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Spanish minor, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
