Marie Erickson is an experienced manufacturing and quality engineering professional with a strong background in supplier performance and process improvement. Currently serving as Manufacturing HMM Orchard Lead at General Mills since September 2024, Erickson previously excelled as Sr. Manager of Supplier Performance Engineering at Ergotron, leading a team to enhance supplier quality through rigorous standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Past roles include Supplier Performance Engineering Manager and Lean Enterprise Program Manager at Emerson Automation Solutions, where Erickson implemented successful strategies utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. With over 11 years of expertise in process design and optimization, including key positions at Aeritae and Emerson Process Management, Erickson possesses deep knowledge in operational excellence, quality control, and engineering management.
