Pradnya Salastekar

Pradnya Salastekar possesses extensive experience in the HR domain, currently serving as the Head of Regional HR Shared Services and Head of Employee Engagement at General Mills India since July 2012. In this dual role, Pradnya leads HR Shared Services across the Eastern hemisphere, encompassing 21 countries and approximately 5,000 employees, while also managing HR operations at the General Mills India Centre. Prior to this, Pradnya worked as the Site Lead HR at Maersk Global Service Centres from January 2007 to June 2012, where the Mumbai Centre's headcount expanded significantly under their leadership. Pradnya's career began at Godrej Interio, where rapid growth was achieved from Assistant Manager to Assistant General Manager in HR and Industrial Relations over a decade. Educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from D G Ruparel College.
