Shana Morrissette

Shana Morrissette has extensive experience in auditing and military leadership, currently serving as a Global Internal Auditor and GFSI Manager at General Mills since 2017, where responsibilities include auditing over 40 manufacturing plants for compliance and managing global GFSI certification schemes. Prior to this role, Shana served as a Major in the United States Army Reserve for over 20 years, gaining experience in various leadership positions and supporting international operations. Earlier in the career, Shana worked as a Food Safety Consultant, Trainer, and Auditor at the American Institute of Baking. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering & Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
