Cody Simpson, CPTD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, performance management, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Principal of Talent Management at GM Financial since September 2022, Cody previously held roles including Principal Talent Development Consultant at Reputation to Results and Director of Strategic Sales at the San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind. Cody’s background spans significant positions in renowned companies including Cricket Communications and Cingular Wireless, where responsibilities included training strategy, change management, and organizational development. Cody holds an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a certificate in Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, complemented by a BS from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
