GABRIELA ROSENDE has been Executive Vice President, Customer Experience since August 2016. She is responsible for designing, deploying and measuring our customer experience strategy. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Process Excellence, Compliance, Operational Risk, Communications and Business Continuity Management from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, she was Executive Director for operations in Mexico from 2010 to 2014; Managing Director, Colombia, from 2007 to 2010; and Managing Director, Venezuela, from 2003 to 2007. Rosende joined the company in 1994.
