Sarah Gilbert

Sarah Gilbert is a seasoned Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at GM Financial, where responsibilities include the elevation and advancement of global D&I programs, development of D&I metrics, and coordination of D&I events. With a career at GM Financial since January 2014, Sarah has also held roles as Diversity and Inclusion Specialist and Organizational Design and Development Coordinator, significantly contributing to the organization’s D&I initiatives and budget management. Prior to that, Sarah served as Human Resource Director at Moxie, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and the management of advertising procedures. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Baylor University.
