Ched Hays

Ched Hays possesses extensive experience in software development, currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager and previously as a Senior Java Developer at General Motors since July 2013. Prior to this role, Ched worked at IBM from 2001 to 2013, where responsibilities included leading a team in developing Java tools for power systems firmware, creating device models in various programming languages for Power systems simulation, and owning kernel extension developments for CIFS and AIX. Ched holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
