Shana Murphy

Shana Murphy is an experienced controls integration engineer currently working at General Motors since July 2022, focusing on battery electric trucks and interior/exterior lighting as part of the vision and visibility ART team. Prior to this role, Shana gained diverse experiences including serving as a professional shop assistant at Detroit Golf Club and an academic tutor at the Detroit Mercy Student Success Center. Educationally, Shana attended the University of Detroit Mercy from 2017 to 2022, while also competing as a student athlete in women's golf. Additional experience includes software engineering internships at Ford Motor Company and FANUC America Corporation, as well as a director position at TGA Premier Junior Golf and previous work as a waitress at Fox Run Assisted Living Community.
