Vivian Rodrigues

Vivian Rodrigues, Ph.D., currently serves as the Sr Tax Director for South America at General Motors since September 2025. Prior to this role, Vivian held the position of Senior Director Tax at The HEINEKEN Company from February 2022 to September 2025 and was a member of the Fiscal Council at J&J Sociedade Prevideciária from April 2019 to September 2025. Vivian's extensive experience in taxation includes serving as Tax Director - Brazil CTC Lead and Transfer Pricing LATAM, as well as Sr. Tax Manager at Johnson & Johnson from November 2013 to February 2022. Early career included roles as Tax Manager and Tax Advisor at Embraer from January 2007 to November 2013. Vivian Rodrigues has achieved advanced degrees in Tax Law, including a doctorate and master's from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and holds a certification in Corporate Governance and Tax Management from IBGC Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.
