Robert Selwyn

Robert Selwyn is an experienced asset manager with a career spanning over a decade in the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at General Projects since October 2022, Robert previously held the same position at Derwent London Plc, where responsibilities included managing a prime central London office portfolio and executing initiatives to enhance capital value and secure rental income. Prior experience includes roles as Commercial Asset Manager at Transport for London, focusing on strategic management of business spaces, and Asset Manager at Town Centre Securities PLC, where Robert contributed to asset management and development for the Merrion Centre. Robert began their career as an intern at Town Centre Securities before transitioning to a full-time position as an Acquisitions Graduate.
