Klaus Künzel

Klaus Kristiansen serves as the Director and Head of Transformation & Project Portfolio Management at Fujitsu, overseeing ERP Prisme customer Project Portfolio Management and Digital Transition & Transformation Management. With previous roles including Senior Project Portfolio Management Team Lead and member of the Fujitsu Denmark Extended Leadership Team, Klaus applies analytic assessments to drive global improvements and innovation. Prior experience includes program and project management at DSV, consultancy at Deloitte, project leadership for IT modernization at A.P. Moller - Maersk, and advisory roles at the University of Southern Denmark. Klaus also has a military background with leadership experience in the Danish Defence and NATO. Academically, Klaus holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Management of Innovation Processes and Business Development, and various MBAs from Copenhagen Business School.
