Ashha Sathe

Ashha Sathe has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at General Trading Concept since January 2023, overseeing operations related to Al Ameera Food and Al Mawarid Food. Prior to this role, Ashha held the position of Head of HR at Food Specialities Limited from August 2020 to February 2022. Ashha also contributed significantly to Cummins Inc. from June 2009 to April 2019 as the HR Talent Development and Talent Acquisition Partner for Africa and the Middle East, working with a global leader in diversified power solutions. Ashha holds a Master's in Personnel Management with a focus on Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, completed between 1995 and 1997.
