Rohit Pandey

Rohit Pandey is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in IT operations, security, and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of IT Operations at Generali Employee Benefits since August 2017, Rohit has successfully led IT infrastructure initiatives and process improvements. Previously, Rohit held senior managerial roles at HCL Technologies, overseeing Windows and VMware infrastructure and leading people and project management efforts. Earlier positions include IT Manager at KAMTRON Systems, where Rohit focused on Microsoft’s E-learning initiatives, and Customer Technical Support at HP, providing server support and managing SLAs. Rohit began a career in IT as a System Engineer at Axis Computech and Peripherals after obtaining a B.Sc degree from a Dehradun institution between 1995 and 1998.
