Windy Julia Kristina has extensive experience in talent acquisition, development, and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition, Development & Learning Head at PT Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia since August 2013. In this role, Windy provides high-quality and cost-effective staffing services while maintaining comprehensive recruitment records. Previously, Windy worked as the Human Resources and Organization Development Assistant Manager at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequislife from October 2005 to August 2013, overseeing applicant sourcing and evaluation, as well as implementing culture-building activities. Windy holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and a Diploma in Montessori Method of Education from Modern Montessori International in Menteng, Indonesia.
