Bailey Daar

Bailey (Gerber) Daar currently serves as Vice President of Talent at Generate Capital, where responsibilities include talent and performance management, employee engagement, compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and recruiting. Generate Capital, founded in 2014, is recognized as a leading investor and operator of sustainable infrastructure, receiving accolades such as being named one of the 10 Most Innovative Companies in Finance by Fast Company in 2023 and recognized in Fortune's Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance and Best Workplaces in the Bay Area in 2022. Prior to this, Bailey was involved with TPG in human capital strategy, provided talent intelligence at Facebook, and contributed to executive assessment and CEO succession at Spencer Stuart. Education includes a degree from Indiana University Bloomington in the LAMP Program with a focus on Japanese, as well as participation in the Semester At Sea program.
