Janelle Bracciale

Janelle Bracciale is an accomplished professional with a robust background in contracts negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Contracts Negotiator II at MUFG, Janelle creates and executes quotes, renewals, and change orders while effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders. As the owner of AJ Customz, Janelle managed vendor relationships and ensured quality equipment and supplies. Previous experience at Cigna included roles such as Category Management Lead Analyst, where Janelle coordinated the implementation of onsite clinics and led emergency supply chain responses during the COVID pandemic, and developed key contracts that optimized savings. Janelle holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics from Arizona State University.
