Melinda Ng

Melinda Ng has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Melinda currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Generation Bio and ElevateBio. Prior to that, they worked at bluebird bio as a Senior People Partner and People Partner, where they played a strategic and collaborative role in supporting the Clinical Development and Commercial Departments. Melinda also has experience at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies as a Senior L&OD Analyst and Human Resources Generalist, where they organized major studio-wide events and promoted the implementation of performance management processes. Earlier in their career, Melinda worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Tower Energy Group and AHMC HealthCare. Melinda also gained experience in project management and mentorship programs at UCLA.

Melinda Ng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from UCLA. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Human Resources Management from UCLA and Insights Discovery from Insights.
