Gillian McKenna

Gillian McKenna is currently the Chief People Officer at Generation and previously served as the Director of People at Mary's Meals International. With a background in providing HR and talent management solutions to SME and corporate clients, Gillian also held leadership positions at Talent Management Services Limited, MARSHALL BROWN LIMITED, and National Australia Group. With a BA in Business Studies and Chartered Fellow CIPD from Glasgow Caledonian University, Gillian has extensive experience in HR strategy, development, performance management, and business partnering roles at various companies including IBM, Hewlett Packard, Texas Instruments, and NAG.
