Lance Hays

Lance Hays, MA, LPC, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Evidence-Based Practice Therapist at Genesee Health System since September 2023. Previously, Lance worked as a Psychotherapist at Taylor Life Center from October 2021 to September 2023 and provided compassionate caregiving for Grandpa Hays during the transition of professional counseling licensure from Illinois to Michigan. Lance's extensive experience in crisis counseling and inpatient behavioral health at Sinai Chicago spanned from October 2016 to September 2020.
