Charles Hendricks

Charles Hendricks has over 20 years of experience in product management, marketing, and business development in the biotech industry. Charles is currently the Director of Product Management at Genesee Scientific since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Twist Bioscience as a Sr. Segment Marketing Programs Manager, where they were responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for Twist's NGS Portfolio and Applications from 2021 to 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Grifols, where they managed the global product lifecycle for Procleix NAT Solutions.

Before that, Charles worked as an independent consultant at CH Consulting from 2017 to 2019, providing business development and marketing consultation services to small and large biotech businesses. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Sr. Marketing Manager at Bionano Genomics, where they developed global commercial plans for customer acquisition.

Their earlier work experience includes roles such as Director of Marketing at Organovo from 2013 to 2015, where they managed product marketing and developed strategic plans for tissue and therapeutic product lines. Charles also worked at Life Technologies as an Associate Director Regional Market Development from 2007 to 2013, where they developed and managed regional marketing strategies.

Charles began their career at Roche Molecular Systems in 1998 as a Team Leader for Training and Education, where they conducted training for their Blood Screening products. Charles later joined Bio-Rad Laboratories as a Sr. Product Manager, where they managed the development of their first fully automated diagnostic analyzer.
