Brent Coleman

Brent Coleman began their work experience in 1989 at Davison Transport, where they served as a Dispatcher in the Shreveport, LA office until 1992. In February 1992, they were promoted to Safety Supervisor and relocated to the Ruston, LA office. In 2007, Genesis Energy acquired Davison Transport, and Brent was offered the position of Human Resources Manager, where they focused on recruiting, employee relations, and company policies. Brent is SHRM-CP and PHR certified.

Brent Coleman pursued their undergraduate education from 1982 to 1987 at Louisiana Tech University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Brent also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Credentials Institute in March 2020.
