Erin Cartwright, CBP has a comprehensive work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Erin began their career at Penton Media as a Benefits Administrator from February 2007 to May 2009. Erin then joined CVR Energy, Inc. as a Benefits Specialist, responsible for administering 401(k) plans and managing various group benefit plans from May 2009 to October 2011. Erin then moved to Schlumberger as a US-Benefits Manager, overseeing welfare and retirement benefits for 12,000 U.S. employees for both Cameron and OneSubsea LLC from October 2011 to October 2016.

Afterwards, they joined Wood as a Benefits Manager, responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the company's health and welfare strategy for 18,000 employees from October 2016 to June 2020. Erin then took on a senior role at Wood as a Sr. Manager, Comp & Benefits, where they were responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of the company's health and welfare plans in the U.S., as well as managing benefits globally and in Latin America from June 2020 to August 2020.
