Adi Lavi

Adi Lavi is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Compensation and Benefits, HRIS and HR Operations at SolarEdge Technologies. Previously, Adi has held various roles in companies such as Marvell Semiconductor, ICL Group, Marvell Israel Ltd., Avaya, and GlaxoSmithKline. Adi has extensive experience in total rewards management, HR business partnering, and compensation and benefits. Adi has a background in psychology, sociology, and labor studies, and has also obtained a certification in positive psychology from Reichman University.
