Aaron Collyer, CSM®, CSPO®, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron began their career at Hewlett-Packard, where they held positions as a Lead Operator, R&D Process Technician IV, and Senior Process and Data Analyst. During this time, they gained expertise in data analysis, technical report documentation, and inkjet fluidics testing.

Collyer then joined Seterus, a subsidiary of IBM, where they served in various roles, including Quality Control Analyst, Solution Architect, Project and Process Manager, Data Governance Analyst, Scrum Master, and Data Governance Program Manager. In these roles, they oversaw compliance with data governance policies, managed data quality solutions, and facilitated Agile Scrum ceremonies. Aaron also played a key role in implementing complex technical, IT, and data-focused projects.

More recently, Collyer worked at Columbia Sportswear Company as a Data Governance Analyst, where they guided and directed global data definitions for the company's Supply Chain applications. Aaron ensured compliance to a defined Data Governance framework and advocated for consistency and data governance-friendly architectural design.

Currently, Collyer is employed at Genesis Financial Solutions as the Sr. Director of Program Operations & Execution. Previously, they held roles as Director of Program Management - Private Label, Sr. Program Manager, and Project Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for leading and executing program operations and successfully delivering projects.

Throughout their career, Collyer has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective project management, and a focus on data governance and quality.

Aaron Collyer, CSM®, CSPO®, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Linfield University. Aaron also attended Oregon State University's College of Business, though the degree obtained is unspecified. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Linfield University and an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Supervisory Management from Linn-Benton Community College.

In terms of certifications, Aaron has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certifications from Scrum Alliance.
