Daryle Wilson

Daryle Wilson has extensive experience in operations management in the financial industry. Daryle started their career at First Independence National Bank as the VP of Consumer and Residential Lending, where they directed the Consumer Lending Department and managed collections and loan review processes. Daryle then moved on to Sony/Heller Financial as the Consumer Credit/Call Center Operations Manager, where they launched a new startup business unit for Sony and managed call center operations across multiple locations. After that, they joined GE Capital as the Sr. Operations Leader - Retail Card Servicing, where they developed servicing strategies and led a team of over 1,200 associates. Daryle later became the Operations Site Leader - Retail Servicing, responsible for defining strategy and managing a "Best in Class" call center with over 500 employees. Daryle then joined Synchrony Financial as the Vice President - Operations, where they developed a servicing strategy, led a team of over 1,200 associates, and designed process improvement initiatives. Currently, Daryle is serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Genesis Financial Solutions.

Daryle Wilson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics at Hillsdale College from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics at Walsh College. Prior to their college education, Wilson attended St. Martin DePorres High School.
