Jennifer Cooper

Jennifer Cooper is currently the Director of People Operations at Genesis. Prior to their current role, Jennifer held positions at HMBradley and Capital One, where Jennifer served in various HR business partner roles. At Capital One, Jennifer supported technology, product, and design organizations, leading initiatives in talent management, performance management, and agile transformation. Jennifer also participated in the HR Rotation Program at Capital One. Jennifer started their career as a Learning & Development Intern at Levy Restaurants after graduating with a BA in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
