Roger Francis

Roger Francis is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently serving at Mission Carmichael Healthcare Center since May 2023 and at Genesis since February 2022, where previously held the role of Director of Admissions. Prior to these roles, Roger worked as Operations Manager at Black Box/PTV Channel from July 2016 to April 2021, focusing on client presentations and accounts receivable management.
