Allison Dillon

Allison Dillon is currently a Senior Scientist at Genesis Research. Allison has previous experience working as a Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Scientist at Genesis Research. Allison has also worked as a Senior Data Analyst at New York Life Insurance Company and as an Informatics Analyst at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.

Allison has extensive experience in conducting real world data analysis and has been selected to serve as Lead Analyst on multiple occasions. In this role, they were responsible for managing multiple client-facing projects, including the development of statistical analysis plans and the Leveraging of R, SQL, and SAS programming languages.

Allison has also played a key role in executing complex data analysis for a high-profile biotechnology client combatting the COVID-19 pandemic. In this role, they worked with the client to understand their data needs, oversaw quality control, and ran various analyses for multiple outcomes. Additionally, Allison calculated cumulative incidence functions in SAS for complications among patients diagnosed with COVID-19.

Allison is skilled in synthesizing study results and translating them into key findings. Allison is also adept at interpreting results in the context of product/market/industry dynamics and presenting these results to colleagues and clients. Furthermore, Allison has experience creating high-quality client deliverables under tight deadlines, including analysis plans/protocols, surveys, presentation slide decks, status memos, completed table shells, and technical reports.

In addition to their work in real world data analysis, Allison has also developed, tested, and deployed predictive models for various outcomes related to product and service utilization. Allison has performed data cleansing and analysis using SAS in support of predictive modeling projects. Additionally, Allison has co-authored technical abstracts and manuscripts for high-profile industry publications.

Allison is also experienced in mentoring and training junior data analysts.
