Biancka Dela Cruz

Biancka Dela Cruz is the Program Coordinator for Bay Area at Genesys Works. Biancka was previously the Branch Manager for Enterprise Holdings from June 2014 to August 2018. In their role as Branch Manager, Biancka was responsible for the management of customer service and operations for 3 stores, including but not limited to counter operations, customer flow, complaint tickets and over-the-phone inquiries. Biancka also coordinated events, made schedules and managed potential schedule conflicts and/or staff shortages. Biancka worked with their team on the development, implementation, and maintenance of customer first culture to sustain a higher level of complete customer satisfaction than the corporate average.

In addition to their customer service and operations responsibilities, Biancka also served as the Human Resource Manager for Enterprise Holdings. In this role, they were responsible for hiring, coaching, training, managing and developing 34 employees. Biancka also administered and/or recommended disciplinary action, promotions, transfers and/or other personnel actions. Biancka consciously created a working environment with frequent professional mobility.

As Branch Manager, Biancka was also responsible for sales and marketing/financial performance for their 3 stores. Biancka analyzed sales, marketing and financial reports and conducted monthly strategic planning meetings. Additionally, they managed branch receivables, including negotiating payment plans, collecting difficult accounts receivables, preparing write-offs for uncollectible accounts, and recommending accounts for referral to collection. Biancka also managed, negotiated and maintained positive client relationships at all levels with over 50 business accounts.

Finally, Biancka was also responsible for inventory management and maintenance for their 3 stores. Biancka conducted fleet logistics between the stores and monitored reservations and rates to better inventory planning and to best determine pricing. Biancka also actively regulated the fleet to achieve optimal percentage of cars rented.

Biancka Dela Cruz has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Jose State University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Mission College.
