Karen Richard

Karen Richard is the current Director of Genesys Works Twin Cities, and has previously held positions at Minnesota Public Radio, GreenLight Fund, and Greater Twin Cities United Way. Richard has been in the workforce for over 20 years, starting their career at Andersen Corporation before moving to Sleep Number Corporation where they spent 18 years as SVP and Chief Human Capital Officer. In 2014, Richard left Sleep Number to join Make-A-Wish Minnesota as a Board Member, a position they held for two years before moving to PeopleAnswers as an Advisory Board Member. Most recently, in addition to their role at Genesys Works, Richard has been a Board Member at St. David's Center for Child and Family Development since 2006.
