Yvette McClymont

Yvette McClymont, CFRE, currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Genesys Works since May 2024. Prior to this role, Yvette held the position of Vice President of National Philanthropy at Cradles to Crayons from January 2023 to May 2024, focusing on the establishment of national fundraising efforts. Yvette's extensive experience in philanthropy includes serving as the Territorial Director of Major Gifts for The Salvation Army in the Central Territory, where leadership and collaboration were key to enhancing major gift programs. Previous roles include Director of Program Development at Presence Health, Director of Stewardship at Rush University Medical Center, and Senior Associate Director of the National Intermediate Gifts Program at the Alzheimer's Association®, where a significant revenue increase was achieved. Yvette also restructured donor programs at Bible League International and managed major donor stewardship at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, Yvette directed client services for the Emergency Fund for Needy People, expanding services for low-income residents in Chicago. Yvette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Governors State University.
