Cassandra Charles

Cassandra Charles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and workplace strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Global Workplace and Experience Centers at Genesys since August 2021, Cassandra has previously contributed as a PMO Consultant at Turner & Townsend from February 2020 to January 2021. Prior roles include Project Manager at Northstar Project & Real Estate Services and Macro Consultants LLC, as well as Retail Development Project Manager at Nestlé Nespresso S.A. Cassandra holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in French Studies from New York University.
